Implementation and Setup
An implementation can take up to 5 working days depending on the complexity of the transition and current resource availability.
Licensing
A customer can use their own Omni Licenses that they have purchased already, or you can speak to us about acquiring an Omni License. Please note that customers cannot use their own Microsoft licensing in the cloud environment and that Omni Licenses are not included.

All hosting, support and delivery of this services is managed by Nplus1 Solutions (Pty) Ltd. These prices are based on running Omni in a shared configuration.
Your Data and Omni access is private and restricted to your company only.
Password complexity is very important in Cloud Architecture as the service is publically available on the internet for ease of use. Using a good Password and not sharing it with others is the responsibility of the end user.T
he physical Server Uptime and connection to it is guaranteed at 99.9% as it is located in a Seacom Datacenter.The Datacenter is not affected by loadshedding as multiple backup and cooling systems are in place.
Access to the Data is restricted to authorised support staff. Physical access to the server is controlled by the Datacenter security team and is monitored by CCTV cameras .A customer will not have physical access to the server at any time. A customer will always be the owner of their Data and will be given access to it by remote desktop and Redstor backup Console if they wish.
